- Access to a curated library of books and content
- Subscription-based premium features
- User accounts and personalized experiences
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
Account Responsibilities

Free Trial
- New users receive 5 free downloads to try our service
- Free trial downloads are subject to the same terms as paid content
- No payment information required for free trial
Paid Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Prohibited Uses

- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
Our Content
All content on BookSip, including summaries, podcasts, and original materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to us, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.
Third-Party Content
Our summaries are based on publicly available books and are created using AI technology. We respect the intellectual property rights of original authors and publishers.

Effect of Termination
